I've spent 20 years chasing my own performance, and 14 years helping other people chase theirs.
Training has been the thread through all of it - and coaching people to perform is what I've built my career around.

Theory matters, but I coach from having done it too. The PBs, the plateaus, the setbacks, and the days the mental side mattered more than the physical. I've been on both sides of it, and I know what it takes because I've done it myself.
